With the development of science and technology,the inverter began large-scale application in all walks of life.In order to ensure the normal work of the reliable security detection,the quality of inverter also becomes more and more important,and the development of the inverter field must go through the detection process.In this paper,the design of the C2 industrial inverter On the quality detection system of ex factory detection.In the production process of C2 industrial inverter,the system is used to detect the performance of the inverter to meet the design requirements,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of each production inverter.The system has been used in the production line of C2 industrial inverter.It has been proved that the system operates stable and has good results in the detection of the inverter.This paper briefly introduces the structure,performance and application field of the C2 industrial inverter,and then introduces the image recognition technology and its main identification methods.Based on the above content,this paper puts forward the design requirements of the quality detection system of C2 industry inverter,and makes the choice of hardware and development environment according to the requirements.The hardware circuit,the quality detection system consists of short-circuit detection,diode detection,small resistance detection,key device detection,download,analog and digital input and output detection,relay detection,temperature detection,Fan detection,USART detection,CAN detection,PWM signal detection,fault simulation and reset detection.In order to ensure that all detection items has no influence each other,the specific structural and functional detecting circuits are designed for different detection items.The main control software,firstly introduces the main program structure of inverter quality detection system,and introduces the driver of each hardware.According to the communication protocol format of main control chip of the C2 industrial inverter to achieve communication between quality detection system and inverter.Then according to the detection step in the preparation of detecting procedures,and image recognition of the key device.Finally,the man-machine interaction interface,gives the detection results or fault code when the corresponding fault appears,which is conducive to the maintenance of the fault inverter,to facilitate the maintenance of the entire quality detection system.
