With the continuous development of industrial automation,inverter is used more and more widely,even can only use servo system to complete the work before,now use the inverter can solve.Not only saves the cost but also make the control more flexible.The test system that is designed for E3 industrial inverter,is to structural and functional test before delivery of the inverter,and ensure the performance of every factory inverter conform with the design requirements,also can be safe and stable operation.This article first introduces the basic knowledge of general inverter,and then introduces the structure,performance and application of the test object E3 industrial inverter.Based on the contents of above,the article presents the testing scheme of E3 industrial inverter,and explains the main control chip and communication mode of the inverter.In order to improve the test efficiency and reduce the human resources,the test of the inverter digital tube joined the image recognition technology,using the camera to capture digital tube display state,after dealing with the software analysis.This can improve the degree of automation of the testing system.The hardware circuit design of this article mainly includes power module,switch control module,data acquisition module,communication module and the test circuit.The test circuit is divided into the structural testing circuit and the functional test circuit.The structural testing circuit including short circuit test,diode and resistance test circuit.The functional test circuit including display,buttons,testing of digital and analog input and output,relay test,FAN testing,UART,CAN communication,temperature detection and PWM testing,etc.According to the requirements,the design of different testing circuits is needed,and to ensure that every step of the test isolated each other.The software platform of this article is the LabVIEW development environment of NI.LabVIEW is a graphical programming language,and it can easily implement the design of a complex system.This article is the first to establish a communication channel between the inverter and the test system,and then to write the test programs according to the test requirements.Finally design human-machine interface and fault code,in order to maintain the test system and repair the fault inverter.
