In recent years,as higher and higher requirements for safty and efficiency of high-altitude operations are proposed,professional aerial work equipments become more widely used.In this case,rapid upgrading of products has become a key factor to keep their market competitiveness.At present,scissors aerial work platform is one of the most widely used aerial work equipment.Therefore,it is significant to realize the rapid development of scissor aerial work platform.Taking the 'ES3246 self-drive type scissors aerial work platform,which is from Eastmanhm in Jiangsu Province,as the research foundation.Using VC++ as the development tool,combined the partial function of SolidWorks,Microsoft Access and ANSYS software,to construct a parametric design platform.Which combined the parametric model design,automatic assembly,simulation analysis,data management and other functions as whole.The main works are as follows:(1)Determine the overall design scheme of parametric design platform for scissors aerial work platform.Fistly,analyze the functional requirements of parametric design platform,determine the overall design concept and function module;Secondly,divide the parametric design platform into several specific function module,and making the schemes to realize each function module;Finally,planning the whole process of the parametric design platform.(2)Achieve the parametric design platform function of product structure design.Preprocess the 3D SolidWorks model of ES3246 scissors aerial work platform appropriately.And then,using VC++ to secondary development of SolidWorks,so as to realize parametric modeling of the scissors aerial work platform assembly model,through call the SolidWorks API functions to programming.Consequently,the parametric design platform allows the users to modify the relevant parameters on the interface,and the new model can be generated automatically in the background.(3)Achieve the parametric design platform function of key parts' static anlysis.Analyze the structural features and calculate the force of scissors aerial work platform,determine the dangerous parts and the loads;Using VC++ to secondary development of ANSYS,realize the whole process of static analysis of dangerous parts through modify and call the APDL orders.Consequently,the users could modify the parameters of static anlysis on the design platform,and realize the static analysis process automatically in the background.(4)Achieve the parametric design platform function of data management..Using Microsoft Access to create database,and realize the interconnection between the parametric design platform and the database.Besides,all kinds of data informations of the whole design platform are integrated,and allows the users to call and query the relevant informations conventiently.
