With the development of economy and society,automobile has become the most important modern transportation tool.In the development of the automobile industry to promote,and automotive related parts also received attention,including the engine nozzle as one of the key parts of the engine,it will seriously affect the quality of the working performance of the engine,and a further study found that the engine nozzle inner circle grinding to a key role for the work is.With the development of this research,the indispensable tool grinding wheel in grinding process has come into being,and the research on its process and performance has become a hot spot.In this paper,the profile grinding wheel is prepared by electroplating,and it's technology and properties are studied.The influence of sand temperature,sand time and current density on the quality of electroplated grinding wheel is discussed.The results show that when the sand time is 400min,the temperature is 47?53 ?,and the current density is 1.5A/dm2,the surface of the grinding wheel is the smallest.When the sanding time is 400 min,the temperature is 54?60 ?,and the sand current density is 2A/dm2,the high temperature cycling oxidation resistance of the grinding wheel is the strongest.When the sand current density is 1 A/dm2,the temperature is 47?53 ?,and the sand time is 200 min,the corrosion resistance of the grinding wheel is the best.When the sand current density is 2A/dm2,the temperature is 47?53?,and the sand time is 200 min,the wear resistance is the best.Finally,through the optimization analysis,comprehensive performance profiling wheel optimal process parameters:when the sand current density is I A/dm2,the temperature is 54?60?,sand time is 200 min,the wheel surface exposed height,oxidation resistance,corrosion resistance and wear resistance performance parameters of the best.
