In order to adapt the frequent perturbation by the environment and the load changes,the model reference adaptive control theory is introduced in the electrical control system of the 4m3 excavator.Contrast with the current model of DC speed control system of 4m3 excavator,a new exchange control model is established by measuring the stator current,voltage,speed,flux and torque model.The aspects such as the current,flux,torque,speed an others are analyzed with the current as the guide,the flux as the traction,the torque and the rotational speed as the auxiliary analysis.The new system can automatically modify the effect of disturbance at any time due to the dynamic characteristics of the system,the dynamic performance to be stable and reliable,meet the needs of the excavator.The research content is the study and application on electrical control system of the 4m3 excavator in this paper.The model reference adaptive control is chosen as the optimal design direction for the electric control system of the 4m3 excavator.The modelreference adaptive control is optimized,combined with the relationship between current,voltage,speed,flux and torque under the control of the frequency conversion technology.The corresponding simulation computation is done.The hardware is designed based on the electrical principle diagram.The adaptive parameter of system is determined.The actual application situation is analyzed.Practice shows that,three aspects such as rated power,rated speed and rated torqueof the motor are improved to a certain extent,in the rated state,compared with the DC motor.The opening-bucket motor is increased the most obvious,followed by the pushing motor and walking motor from improving the percentage.From the efficiency of the operation,the average daily production is 12456 tons,the average monthly production capacity is 30.61 million tons,the loading time is 2 minutes per truck(42 tons of truck),3-4 minutes per truck(77 tons of truck).After the new system is applied,the service life of the main components of 4m3 has been improved directly,the failure rate of the equipment has been reduced indirectly.The production need of the site has been guaranteed.Through the application of frequency conversion technology,the workload of daily maintenance for workers can be reduced greatly,he automation of the equipment can be improved.At the same time the purpose of energy conservation can be achieved.
