| Burning of the low-voltage isolation switch will cause the shut down of the entire distribution transformer,causing a large-scale power outage.Reducing the failure rate of low-voltage isolation switch of distribution transformer can effectively reduce the power failure frequency and time of low-voltage customers.This paper analyzes the specific root causes of the frequent burning of the low-voltage isolation switch,focusing on the isolation switch and the strip fuse,and improves the low-voltage isolation switch by a technical solution to improve specification and maintenance strategy to reduce the failure rate of the low-voltage isolation switch.Firstly,this paper applies the fishbone diagram,CE matrix and other analysis tools to systematically analyze the potential causes of the failure of the low-voltage outlet isolation switch.The root cause of the fault is caused by the conductive contact surface of the isolation switch,the quality of the strip fuse and the installation ’process of the low-voltage isolation switch.Secondly,the management tools such as brainstorming and assignment method are used to scientifically calculate the equipment modification,test and selection,and standard installation as the content of this research.In the work practice research,based on the increase of conductive contact surface to reduce heat insulation switch and strips fuse optimization transformation scheme,and gradually promoted in nanning network area.Thirdly,the test and selection criteria of the strip fuse were established according to the Ampere-second characteristic,and the technical operation specification of the isolation switch installation was established.By providing the low-voltage isolation switch and the technical standards of the strip fuse,the lean management of the strip fuse under different distribution and variation operating conditions can be realized.Fourthly,the technical operation specification of the isolation switch installation was established.Establish the quality control process and quality supervision process in the whole process of on-site installation to ensure the standardization and scientific installation of low-voltage isolation switch.Through the result data statistics,the implementation effect of the project was verified,and the isolation switch failure rate was greatly reduced to achieve the expected effect.The research results provide detailed and specific technical accumulation of manufacturing,testing and installation for the isolation switch and supporting fuses,and also enrich the research on the low-voltage isolation switch and strip fuse test in the industry,and form the technical specification standard of the isolation switch,to improve the reliability of power supply.The results have great promotion value in specific engineering applications. |
