Since the 21st century,the popularity of the Internet like opened the time machine,fast speed,and then the global and domestic e-commerce in the Internet dongfeng constantly improve,at the same time caused a fierce fight,to the traditional business has prompted the traditional retail e-commerce business,industry is faced with more and more intense market competition.E-commerce is forcing the traditional home appliances industry,the transformation of home appliances industry development imperative.Gree air conditioner guangxi company was founded in November,2001.At the beginning of the establishment,it took the perfect marketing system and excellent after-sales service as a strong starting point for the development and expansion of the company.Since the establishment of the company,its sales and market share have been ranked the first in guangxi in consecutive years,and its operating income in 2017 has achieved 3.1 billion yuan.However,under the influence of e-commerce,the internal and external environment of guangxi company is becoming more and more complex and uncertain factors are increasing day by day.The momentum of high-speed sales growth is gradually decreasing and the market growth power is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the market development strategy of guangxi company,explore the potential development of the company,enhance the development space of the company and improve the core competitiveness of gree air conditioner guangxi company in combination with e-commerce background.Based on the previous research,this paper conducts a study on how to formulate and optimize the development strategy,objectives and implementation of e-commerce in guangxi.The thesis is divided into six chapters in the framework.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the significance,background and related literature review at home and abroad,technological routes and innovation points of the thesis.Chapter 2 and chapter 3 describe the advantages,disadvantages and external environment of gree air conditioning company in detail.Chapter four puts forward the development strategy of gree air conditioning company in the background of e-commerce.The fifth chapter puts forward the Suggestions of safeguard measures to guarantee the implementation of market strategy of guangxi company.The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and research prospect of this paper.
