The Dam of Qing'an Reservoir is located in the north of Qing'an Town of Suining County.It is a medium-sized reservoir that is mainly based on flood control and combined with water storage irrigation and urban water supply.As time went on,the disease of the dam is constantly emerging,which threatens the normal operation of the dam.In order to fully grasp the safety status of Qing'an Reservoir and ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,this paper analyzed the steady seepage state before and after the Qing'an Reservoir reinforcement,the safety price system of reservoir dam was constructed and the safety state of the dam was evaluated.The main study contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The project overview of Qing'an Reservoir and the construction of the project were introduced;the current situation of Qing'an Reservoir was analyzed.(2)The seepage stability analysis of the dam before and after the reinforcement of Qing'an Reservoirwas carried out,Comparing the position of the dam saturation line,seepage flow rate,the hydraulic gradient of the escape point,and the change of the safety factor of the dam's anti-sliding stability before and after reinforcement.The effectiveness of the reinforcement measures for Qing'an Reservoirwas analyed.(3)The reservoir engineering safety evaluation index system was constructed,and the measurement methods of the evaluation indicators were studied,including the quantitative methods of qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators,and the quantitative criteria of indicators were proposed.(4)A method based on improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP),factor paired comparison method and independent weight method for reservoir risk factor was adopted,and the fusion method based on the maximum weight of the deviation were adopted.(5)Based on the relevant data of Qing'an Reservoir,the safety evaluation index system of Qing'an Reservoir was constructed.The improved gray target evaluation model based on weight was established.The safety analysis of Qing'an Reservoir before and after reinforcement was carried out by using the grey target model.Analyze the reinforcement effect of Qing'an Reservoir and evaluate the safety status of Qing'an Reservoir.
