| Construction scheme is a framework document as a guide during whole construction period,which contains technology selection,resource allocation,reasonable personnel and material assignment,determinations on the construction organization and process flow,guarantee on safety and civilization construction,to make sure the technology is workable and advanced on the basis of economy.Theoretically,an construction project could have multiple workable schemes,as it is restricted by various factors,such as construction period,quality,safety,benefits,etc.when facing these different schemes,we need to make scientific and reasonable comparison and analysis for each of them,then get the best workable one.The construction scheme is a very complex system which could be impacted by various factors,thus a scientific and workable comparison and selection method is needed to solve this comprehensive and systematized issue,and we could not only relays on some personal subjective judgments.This article is mainly to study a combined method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey correlation analysis,and the comprehensive application in the scheme comparison and selection.Firstly,it need to set up suitable structure for the model,then we get the weight sequencing for qualitative and quantitative factors by analytic hierarchy process,once we get the weight values of all the assessment indicators,the gray relative analysis method is used on the selection of the best scheme,to quantify the qualitative factor from each selectable scheme by the gray theory,and find out the best value of each factor from each selectable scheme by comparative analysis,finally regroup a ideal scheme.We calculate the relational degree between the selectable schemes and the ideal regrouped scheme by gray relative method,and we use the calculated results to judge the advantages or disadvantages degree of the schemes,the higher the relational degree,more closer to the ideal scheme,means the scheme is nearly to ideal level and it has more advantages on performances.It is proved by examples that the comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process and grey relational degree method is a more convenient and correct way for selecting of a best scheme from several selectable schemes. |
