| With the improvement of medical standards,the improvement of sanitary conditions,and the problem of old-age care,people’s requirements for medical care,maintenance,and rehabilitation are getting higher and higher.The need for automatic nursing beds for disabled people such as old and disabled is also increasing.The more you come.Due to the arrival of an aging society and the increase of disabled people,the current automatic nursing beds on the market cannot be more comprehensively assisted by users,especially in the area of personal care and sewage treatment.Therefore,a new type of automatic cleaning and staining is designed.The packaged care bed device is of great significance.This paper mainly completed the design and experimental work of a nursing bed cleaning and dirt packing device.First,the structural and dynamic analysis of the soil packer is completed.In this design,the water cleaning operation is carried out by the water flushing and warm air drying device,and the dirt packing function is proposed.The dirt packing device is designed for the first time by using the vertical-horizontal packaging structure,so that the user can use the automatic nursing bed to complete the personal cleansing.Processing work.Through this new automatic cleaning and dirt packing device,the patient’s quality of life can be improved,the work pressure of the nursing staff can be reduced,and the user’s health environment can be improved.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze and explain the structure and function of the longitudinal seal and transverse seal control system for the functional requirements of the new care bed.The relevant mechanical principle analysis is carried out for the designed longitudinal-horizontal package structure,and the kinematics and equivalent dynamic analysis of the transmission structure are carried out.(2)Completed the hardware circuit design of the automatic cleaning and dirt packing control system,and explained the hardware design principle of the related device for the two functional modules of automatic washing and dirt packing,designed the hardware circuit such as related driving,and Hardware circuit design for controller circuit,temperature detection scheme,heating device drive,motor and motor drive scheme;water temperature heating drive circuit,spray position and water pressure adjustment circuit,heater drive control circuit,temperature detection for automatic cleaning part The circuit is analyzed and designed.(3)The experimental system design of automatic cleaning and dirt packing was completed.The adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm was proposed for the characteristics of the dirt-packed vertical sealing and horizontal sealing system in this design.Firstly,the innovative design of the dirt packing control system is expounded,including the control of the vertical-horizontal packaging device,the control scheme of the heating module temperature control and the related software program design,the water temperature control of the water tank of the automatic cleaning control part,and the water tank level.The control schemes of the control,water pressure/nozzle position control and software design principles are expounded.The temperature adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed,and the feasibility of the theory is verified by MATLAB simulation.Finally,the experimental platform device is set up,the experimental data collection and control of the temperature control of the dirt packing device is carried out,and the advantages of the adaptive fuzzy PID control scheme in the design are verified compared with the traditional control scheme.In addition,the water temperature control is carried out under laboratory conditions.And the heating wind temperature control test,the experimental data collection statistics and performance through the scatter plot,the results show that the temperature control effect is good,can achieve the control of the critical temperature control;Finally,the automatic heat sealing device empty bag packaging test,in Under the condition of laboratory prototype,the general plastic packaging bag material was adopted.By adopting different control strategies,the rationality of the control scheme in this design was verified,and the better packaging effect was successfully achieved. |
