In order to solve problems of traditional ways of cleaning with water for waste plastics film, adopting ways of dry cleaning (cleaning without water) is put forward based on the concept of cleaner production.It is a way of saving scarce water, decreasing environment pollution because of wastewater letting.The way of dry cleaning adopts compressed air as cleaning media. With the help of physical force, such as hitting, friction and gritting, dirt drops out from the waste plastics film. Clean film is obtained by separating dirt from waste plastics film and collecting dirt, and it can be useed as recycle resource.The theory of dry cleaning for waste plastics film is analysed in the paper, and the schedule of dry cleaning is introduced based on the theory. The working theory of the key equipment—dry cleaning machine is analysed in detail based on the theory of air imping jet, and the structure of the machine is identified that there are many rigig circular rods that are circumferentiaiil distributed in the cylindric cavity.the waste plastics film goes into the cavity at high speed by the jet equipment, so that the cleaning process is complete.The composition of way of current running and way of pressure arrangement are analysed, and the machine's cleaning system is made certain at last that the way of current running adopts plus pressure primarily with minus pressure adjectively.The air phase fiuent field of the machine's three-dimmension structure is simulated by means of CFD software-FLUENT, so that the structure of the machine is improved.The pilot dry cleaning machine is made in Songming base of National Engineer Research Center of Waste Resource Recovery.The pilot dry cleaning schedule syetem is accomplished based on dry cleaning machine and flexible production line of casting waste sand recycling in Songming Yunnan.During the cource of experiment, the cleaning object adopts waste plastics film from farming.The machine have the function of cleaning by contrastive experiment.The technology parameters are confirmed by perpendicular experiment,that is,the speed of air at the entrance of themachine is 25m/s;the times of cleaning is 4;the number of rods in the cavity is 200.The judgement index of cleaning effect is suggested in the paper,that is , dirt reduction efficiency ,which quantitatively describes the cleaning effect of waste plastics film.The effect of the waste plastics film adopting way of dry cleaning is sightly less than that of with water.The separating of waste plastics film and dirt adopts eligible dust catcher that fulfills the concept of saving resource and friengship to environment.
