In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the number of car owners has been increasing,and the number of casualties caused by traffic accidents remains high every year.Automobile not only brings convenience to people’s travel,but also brings great hidden trouble to people’s life and property safety.The active safety technology represented by the automatic emergency braking system can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents.As an important part of the automatic emergency braking system,the research on the control algorithm is of great practical significance.In this paper,based on the real vehicle parameters of a passenger car in China,the vehicle dynamics model is established by using Carsim software,and the reverse dynamics model is built in Simulink,including throttle and brake switching logic control model,brake pressure control model,and so on.Throttle control model.The existing safety distance models are studied and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.According to the requirements of the safety distance model,an early warning distance model and a braking distance model are designed based on the braking process of the vehicle.According to the idea of hierarchical control,the upper controller based on fuzzy control is designed,and the control method of vehicle driving is obtained.According to the requirement of the lower layer controller,the lower layer controller based on PID control and the lower layer controller based on BP neural network PID control are designed,and the control acceleration of the control vehicle dynamics model is obtained.The control strategy of the automatic emergency braking system is composed of the upper controller and the lower controller.According to the regulation of C-NCAP(version 2018),the control strategies composed of the lower layer controller based on PID control and the lower layer controller based on BP neural network PID control are carried out close to the stationary target and the slow moving target,respectively.Joint simulation test close to emergency braking target.The results show that both control strategies can meet the requirements of system functions,but the lower level controller based on BP neural network PID has better control effect.
