With the rapid increase in the number of urban autos in China and the rapid advancement of urbanization,urban traffic congestion has become increasingly serious.Advanced traveler information systems(ATIS),as an important part of the intelligent transportation systems,and it is one of the important measures to alleviate traffic congestion.However,existing studies on ATIS are mostly limited to non-degradable networks.Nevertheless,the random uncertainty in the supply and demand of traffic has become the new normal state of China's urban transportation system.For this reason,in this paper,for the degraded road network,the influence of information-inducing on its operating efficiency under fixed and elastic demand conditions is systematically investigated.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the measurement index of road network operating efficiency,and selects different evaluation indicators to measure the road network operating efficiency according to the type of demand.The selected indicators are mainly the reciprocal of impedance and road network congestion coefficient.Secondly,the paper analyzes the sources of road network degradation,and chooses the uniform distribution and Beta distribution to describe the random changes in the capacity of the road segments.On this basis,an information-induced mixed equilibrium variational inequality model is constructed,and the model solving algorithm was designed for fixed demand and elastic demand respectively.Finally,a case study was conducted.From the aspects of information quality,road network degradation degree,market penetration rate of the system and other aspects,the impact of information induction on the operational efficiency of degraded road network was analyzed,And the feasibility and practicality of the model are verified.The result of the study shows that no matter what type of requirement,If the road network maintains high operating efficiency,the market penetration rate and the quality of information provided by the ATIS system must be controlled within a reasonable range,and the key factors affecting the operational efficiency of the road network are the degree of degradation of the road network.However,the range of optimal market penetration rate under elastic demand and fixed demand is basically the same,ranging from 0.6 to 0.8;the optimal value range of information quality is different.The former is between 2.5 and 3.5.Between 4.0 and 5.0.at the same time,from the analysis,under the elastic demand,the information inducement has no obvious impact on the overall demand of the road network,and it is the degraded degree of the road network that has a greater impact on the demand.The impact of research information on the operational efficiency of degraded road networks.On the one hand,it will help improve the operating efficiency of the road network and improve the quality of travel.At the same time,it will also help formulate information release strategies and provide decision support for alleviating urban traffic problems.
