Research On The Whole Construction Process Cost Management Of Water Conservancy Project Based On BIM In IPD Mode

Water conservancy project cost management is an important part of water conservancy project management.In engineering construction development trend in the direction of fine design and construction,green construction,how to ensure the engineering quality on the premise of improving the efficiency of water conservancy project construction,save construction costs,construction of water project is the important goal of all managers.The emergence of BIM technology has led to the improvement of engineering technology,but it is difficult for BIM to exert its greatest value in the traditional management mode of our country.The IPD model is based on trust,and the project construction parties participate in the project as early as possible to cooperate with each other,share project information,and voluntarily take the overall goal of the project as the biggest goal and the new management mode of Shared risk.Therefore,this paper studies the whole life cycle management of the project cost of water conservancy projects under the IPD mode,and tries to combine advanced technology and new management mode to improve the cost management level of the whole life stage of water conservancy projects.Through analyzing the advantages and difficulties of analysis of BIM technology and IPD mode,the paper discusses the value embodiment of the application of BIM technology under IPD mode.As well as the IPD mode in the full application of BIM technology has an inseparable relationship.This paper analyzes structure and the point of the water conservancy project cost,the whole life cycle cost management task characteristics and present situation,and puts forward the integrated application ideas of IPD mode and BIM in the management of water conservancy project cost management and a collaborative management framework based on BIM and IPD model.This paper constructs the whole construction process collaborative management model of water conservancy project based on BIM in IPD mode.Combining with the simulation case-a rockfill dam project,BIM technology in the IPD mode is used to simulate the cost management at each stage of the project,which improves the efficiency and level of cost management and achieves better management effect.At the same time,it also encountered related problems and obstacles,and proposed reform proposals.In this study,the BIM technology under IPD mode is proposed in various stages of water conservancy project cost,and its application steps and methods are helpful to improve the application level of BIM technology in China's water conservancy projects,which can provide important reference for similar projects.
