Research On The Management Of Construction Engineering Project Cost

Construction project is a system engineering, which has a huge amount of investment,long investment cycle, single investment characteristics, so the corresponding constructionproject cost management is a systematic, comprehensive, integrated management process,which plays an important role in different phases of the project. There are still someproblems in current domestic construction project management, and it will directlyinfluence and restrict the work of engineering cost management effectively. Therefore, it isnecessary to carry out the research of whole process project cost management.Based on introducing the research background and the significance, domestic andforeign research present situation in the foundation, elaborated the construction projectcost management research, this paper uses literature research methods, comparative studyof law, system and case study analysis, and then from decision phase, design phase, invitepublic bidding stage, implementation stage and acceptance stage, elaborated our countryconstruction project cost management of the status quo at present, and from this fiverespects to put forward corresponding management method. According to the article, thereare many problems such as the phenomenon is relatively outstanding; the " three" projectis more, design fees unreasonable, technology and economy to be out of line; in real costmanagement show, too formal, the contract was not caused enough take seriously, theconstruction unit ignore the early work of the cost management; engineering measurementis not acting according to the provisions, clearing price arbitrarily high set, fee calculationand so on. Construction enterprise project decision-making from preparation work before,do a feasibility study report, making investment estimate, build perfect financialevaluation index system, the scheme for scientific selection, do a good job in humanresources work; to establish the necessary mechanism of competition, the establishment ofproject cost information feedback system, implementation of the design quality of rewardand punishment system, absorption of construction enterprises in the design, carry outlimitation design and other aspects of improvement.The above method in ten family River project is applied, the total cost of the project is lower than expected by about3%, this proved that the research results of this paperhas feasibility and practicability.
