With the continuous development of the national economy,the demand for electrical energy in various industries has continued to grow.While traditional power generation methods consume precious non-renewable energy,they also exert a lot of pressure on the environment.As a new energy source with no pollution potential and huge potential for power generation,wind energy has been widely used in the power production process worldwide.Although the wind power development is rapid,due to the unique spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of wind power output,its application in the power system is limited to some extent.For China,the development of wind power is good,but the situation of wind curtailment is more serious.In this context,based on the existing system grid structure,this paper can fully enhance the wind power grid access through the full analysis of the grid's accommodation area.To this end,this paper has carried out the following research on the problem of networked wind power cluster scheduling considering the available space.First of all,this paper analyzes several major reasons for the current abandonment of wind.Starting from these reasons,the paper analyzes the respective operating characteristics and mutual constraints of the wave source and the transmission network.On the basis of introducing the mainstream power system scheduling method of wind power in China,this paper analyzes the influence of grid and power supply on the scheduling of connected wind power clusters based on the network-source coordinated operation characteristics.Secondly,in this paper,concept of wind power accommodation area is proposed,considering the capacity of grid transmission channel and the regulating capacity of thermal power.On this basis,coordinated wind power scheduling is built considering wind power fluctuation characteristics,then an optimal penetration model of wind power is constructed,considering thermal power generation costs,the capacity of grid transmission channel and the regulating capacity of thermal power,with the cost of thermal power generating units,the remaining space of grid transmission channel and the regulating margin of thermal power as objective functions,to determine optimal penetration of wind power.The wind power output capacity is analyzed,and then the capacity of wind power scheduling is determined.Meanwhile,CPLEX software is adopted to solve the problem by defining wind power scheduling evaluation index,and compared with conventional scheduling scheme.Feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed with a Northeastern regional power grid.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned wind power accommodation area analysis,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,the wind power output is usually limited at some moments,which leads to the problem of wind curtailment.This strategy coordinates the active power output of each wind turbine in the wind farms of large wind power base to form a coordinated dispatching method of wind farm group layer and wind turbine layer based on existing scheduling instructions.And then,an improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Analysis results in IEEE30 node system based on actual operation data of a wind power base in Northeast China show that the hierarchical progressive control strategy proposed in this paper can reduce system loss,improve scheduling accuracy and achieve the goal of improving wind power accommodation capacity.
