Study On Optimization Of Community Public Service Facilities In Guanganmenwai Street,Xicheng District,Beijing

The central government has made high demands on Beijing's work and proposed to do a good job of "four services." Among them,"serving the work and life of the citizens" reflects the central government's emphasis on the work and life of Beijing citizens,so it must be placed in an important position.Community public service facilities are most frequently contacted and have the closest relationship in the daily life of the citizens.The status quo of the community affects the quality of life of the residents to a certain extent,and also reflects the level of public service development of the city.However,there are many problems in the community public service facilities in the core area of the capital,especially in residential areas with residential functions,large population density,lack of space resources,and the construction of community public service facilities cannot keep up with the development needs of residents.One of the most difficult problems facing the region.Therefore,this study selected one of the most densely populated residential areas in Beijing,Guanganmenwai Street,to conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of community public service facilities,and to summarize the facilities.By interpreting the relevant facility configuration standards and researching relevant excellent cases,the idea of optimizing the street facility configuration Guanganmenwai is determined.Finally,the configuration optimization ideas are implemented in Guanganmenwai Streets,and the facilities configuration optimization suggestions are proposed from four aspects: configuration project,configuration scale,space layout and implementation guarantee.The study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,research purpose,research significance,research object definition,research content and research methods.The second chapter is the basic research chapter,including related concepts,related theories and research progress at home and abroad.The third chapter is the study of configuration standards and related cases,understanding the basic methods,development directions and innovative practices of community public service facilities allocation,in order to find solutions to the problem of public service facilities configuration in Guanganmenwai Street Community.The fourth chapter is about the status quo and problems of the distribution of street facilities in Guanganmenwai.From the two aspects of opinion polling and index comparison,through the analysis of the status quo of comprehensive facilities,summarize the existing problems and analyze the causes.The fifth chapter is the optimization ideas and suggestions for the configuration of public service facilities in Guanganmenwai Street Community.It is proposed to optimize the configuration according to four aspects: configuration project,configuration scale,space layout and implementation management,focusing on the innovation of configuration method and the feasibility of configuration plan.The sixth chapter summarizes the paper and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects.
