Research And Optimization Of 15 Minute Community Living Circle In Central City Of Kunming

As a basic unit of a city,the configuration of community service facilities is closely related to the life of the residents,and the 15-minute community-life circle is one of the important bases for the planning and configuration of urban public service facilities.This thesis will take the POI data of public service facilities in the central city of Kunming as the research object,and use Arc GIS to establish a database of public service facilities in the central city of Kunming with the support of big data,to study the current situation of the 15-minute community-life circle in the central city of Kunming,and to propose optimization strategies according to the needs of residents.First,research and analyze on the status of public service in the central of Kunming.It is found that public service facilities space layout is affected by social factors such as history and economy.The central of Kunming public service facilities mainly present the following characteristics: low level of allocation,the facilities are in urgent need of improvement;the development level of various regions is not balanced;People can’t enjoy services in the planning scope,the actual service radius is not in conformity with the service radius prescribed by the regulations;The management of public facilities is weak,and the awareness of management and maintenance need to be strengthened.Second,research and analysis current of 15-minute community-life circle in the central of Kunming.The use of road network data and residential area POI data divide the life circle.The study found that: Second Ring Road has a high coverage of public service,residents can basically walk with in 15 minutes to meet daily life.The construction of public service facilities outside the Second Ring Road is weak;the coverage of public service facilities in Guandu and Chenggong is low,and the construction of public service facilities needs to be supplemented and improved urgently;the convenience of public service facilities in most residential districts is not high,and districts with high convenience are basically gathered near the Second Ring Road of Kunming.Finally,proposing optimization strategies of public service.In view of the different settlement patterns of communities in the central city of Kunming,the different service levels of the living circle,and the different levels of development of the area,and according to the different demands of the residents for service facilities under different conditions,the optimization strategy of public service facilities is proposed from the perspective of community heterogeneity.
