Electricity Metrology Center Design And Research Of The Automated Warehouse System

In recent years,with the deepening of reform in power industry and the construction of intelligent grid system,the warehousing mode of electric power meter assets has changed greatly.The automatic warehousing system is the core and backbone of the "four line and one warehouse" system of the provincial metrology center of the national grid corporation,so that the planning and design of the warehousing system is important for the operation of the overall business of the metrology center.This article is mainly for the realization of the state grid corporation of provincial power measurement center automatic warehousing system construction goal,through to the henan electric power measuring center business requirements and work flow,electric system of automated warehousing systems reasonable planning design and research.This paper first introduces the relevant knowledge of the automated storage system,then analyzes the business process of Henan electric power metering center and the construction conditions of the automated storage system,and puts forward the overall control scheme of the automated storage system.The automatic warehousing system designed by the system adopts a three-level structure,the upper computer system is responsible for the overall information management of the warehouse and the communication with the peripheral information system,the middle computer dispatching system is responsible for all dispatching command and task information processing,the lower electrical control system includes the stacking machine control system and the warehousing delivery control system,which are respectively responsible for controlling the stacking machine system and the conveying equipment to perform the warehousing operation task.The stacker is the main operating equipment of the automatic storage system.PLC is used as the operating control device of the stacker.According to the system demand analysis,confirm the identification of stacking machine,and realize the high-accuracy positioning control and speed control of the stacking machine operation by combining laser ranging technology and frequency conversion technology.The control equipment of the warehouse delivery system is complex and dispersed,so high-performance PLC of Siemens s7-1500 series is adopted to complete the control function.In terms of software design,this system adopts the modular programming method,and makes use of the Portal software of Siemens to compile PLC program and configuration interface.
