Study On Running And Monitoring System Of Stacker Experimental Unit

In advanced manufacturing technology, the automated warehouse storage system is an important part. The stacker performance merits of the entire storage system plays an important role. This paper provides a reliable, precise stacker control system for warehouse training device. This paper details the Stacker Training Equipment operation and monitoring system design and design process of the key solution to the problem.Papers based on automated warehouse teaching training device design parameters related to its electric stacker control system hardware design, to achieve a stacker training device reliability. The developed system uses programmable controller (Programmable Logic Controller, PLC), give full play to the PLC in electrical control, applicability, ease of use, system design and construction cycle is short, etc., to improve the efficiency of the development of this design and control accuracy. The design uses Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 series PLC, the PLC system of the subject hardware configuration, application design has been studied, and several are listed in Appendix A typical module of the program.Stacker Training Equipment monitoring system using homemade PC interface configuration software-Beijing Kunlun MCGS-state companies to design software, the software full Chinese interface, easy to learn, simple to set it lower with the implementation of devices such as PLC data exchange, and more to facilitate teaching. Use PC interface to control the storage adds Stacker Training Equipment control system integration and reliability, and by adding a data management system can interface with real-time access to complete information about the goods out of storage, a storage management more convenient.Experimental results show that the system can stacker training devices to achieve precise control and monitoring, has a certain practicality.
