MCR has been widely used in recent years due to its advantages of continuous capacity regulation,simple manufacturing process,low cost,high voltage application and high reliability.As a typical nonlinear dynamic device,the establishment of a mathematical model to accurately reflect the dynamic and static characteristics of the MCR is of great significance to improve the control performance of the object in the application scenario.Firstly,this thesis introduces the working principle of MCR and analyzes the simplified circuit model of MCR.On the basis of simplifying the circuit,the ontology calculation and analysis model of MCR was established in ANSYS Maxwell,which laid a foundation for obtaining the mathematical model of MCR.Then,on the premise that the structure,material,voltage and capacity of the MCR are known,a general modeling method of the MCR is presented by using the software platform of ANSYS Maxwell and Simplorer and through the joint calculation of field path coupling and other physical domains.This method can not only accurately obtain the static characteristics of the MCR,but also obtain the dynamic characteristics of the MCR through the step response at each operating point.Numerical examples show that the modeling process is operated step by step and the modeling results are accurate,and the model reflects the real performance of MCR.Finally,the model of MCR is used to design the reactive power compensation control system,and the control function is realized by programming.The result of the numerical examples shows that the control effect is good,applying this reactor model,the control target can be achieved by simple control method,it has reference significance to actual production.On this basis,a complete reactive power compensation system based on OMAP-L138 and ADE7880 is designed,and the methods of hardware circuit design and software design are given,it provides reference for the design of the controller of MCR.
