Building energy consumption makes up a large part of China's total energy consumption,and it increases year by year,among which heating energy consumption occupies a large proportion.With the acceleration of urbanization,the heating pipe network is becoming larger and larger.However,there are still some problems in the heating system in China.It is the issue that needs the industry personnel to focus on,that how to adjust and control the central heating system effectively and reasonably,to make the pipe network in the best running state,the best heating effect,the more reasonable running cost,and to achieve high economic and social benefits.This paper optimizes the operation regulation of a central heating system,and develops an analysis system of heating operation regulation through VBA.First of all,this paper conducts a survey on the energy consumption of heating buildings and the development of central heating system at home and abroad,compares their studying present situation,and states the content and importance of this paper.Moreover,in this paper,the operation regulation characteristics of central heating system is also studied,which mainly involves three parts: the characteristics of central heating system itself,the regulation characteristics of heating system and the relevant calculation of system operation regulation.Secondly,the author also investigated the operation status of a heating system in Beijing,including the basic situation of the whole project and the configuration of the heating system.According to the analysis and calculation of the operation status of the primary side circulating pump,the results show that the primary pump has low operating efficiency and high power consumption.At the same time,in order to investigate the hydraulic status of the example heat exchange station in the secondary side,a number of thermographs were installed on each household pipe to collect the temperature data of the water supply and return,and the data showed that there was indeed hydraulic maladjustment in the station.To save the disadvantages in the heating system,the optimum proposal of primary side and secondary side respectively is presented.For the primary side,the primary task is to replace the original circulating pump.In this paper,a new circulating pump is selected based on the resistance characteristic curve of the pipe network and the performance curve of the pump.A series of calculations are carried out under the operating conditions of the new pump,and the energy use efficiency is significantly improved.Secondly,combining with the present situation of the heating system,to control the quality regulation of the water temperature,the amount of control flow regulation and control of water temperature and flow rate at the same time is divided into two phase or three phase variable flow regulating mode has carried on the comparative study,comparing the three power consumption of the circulating pump,suggest a side the variable mass flow rate adjustment,divided into three stages.The example heat exchange station on the second side firstly refers to the equilibrium hydraulic state,and secondly to the selection of the optimal operation regulation mode.Finally,it is suggested that the example heat exchange station adopt the mass flow regulation mode.Finally,set up by using VBA language operation adjustment analysis system for Beijing a heating system,system simulation,comparative analysis and display real-time operating mode parameters and functions,checking hydraulic project condition with the human-computer interaction interface can be offline simulation and compare the operation way of regulating the control curve and circulating pump power consumption,strong suitability in terms of theoretical analysis.
