In the urban gas pipeline network system,the gas regulator is one of the most common pressure regulating equipments and plays an important role in ensuring urban safety,social stability and construction of people's livelihood projects.Good pressure regulation performance can fully guarantee the gas demand of downstream users,but in actual operation,the failure of the pressure regulator will greatly affect the stability of its performance,especially the highmedium pressure gas regulator.Seriously affect the safety of downstream gas.Therefore,the faults generated during the operation of the regulator and the safety warning are found in time,which can improve the intelligence degree and operational reliability of the gas pipeline network system.Firstly,the operation mechanism of the pressure regulator is analyzed in this paper,and the operation mechanism and connection mode of the regulator with different structures are discussed.The pressure regulation characteristics are theoretically analyzed from three aspects: pressure characteristics,flow characteristics and pressure regulation performance indicators;Secondly,through the performance test of 135 high-medium pressure gas regulators,the analysis of the influencing factors of the pressure regulation performance is carried out with the pressure regulation accuracy grade and the shutdown pressure grade as quantitative indicators.The experimental results show that the performance of the regulator is mainly decreased.It is caused by spring fatigue and gas impureness caused by component wear;Then,based on the correlation coefficient method in statistics,the correlation between multivariable parameters of high-medium pressure gas regulators is studied,and the correlation between valve position opening,pressure and flow rate is summarized;Finally,the early warning system based on wavelet packet analysis algorithm is optimized,and the visualization degree and security of the system operation interface are improved.By adding new fault types and modifying the existing fault judgment basis,the early warning software flow is optimized.upgrade.At the same time,using the historical running data and the simulated fault data to verify the optimized program can greatly reduce the probability of false positives and false negatives.Aiming at the construction requirements of the follow-up demonstration stations,a new pre-selection plan for diagnosis and early warning is proposed,which provides a reference for further optimizing the multi-variable early-warning system for highmedium pressure gas regulators.
