In recent years,with the vigorous development of digital design and digital construction,the modeling language of architects is no longer limited to the traditional linear expression,and the digital design language is more and more recognized by the majority of architects.The various use modes of the robotic arm in the construction field are the hot issues in the research of universities and institutions.Robotic arm printing,robotic arm construction,robotic arm milling and so on have in-depth research,but the research on the hotwire cutting of robotic arm has yet to be in-depth.In this paper,the cutting method of straight-textured surface under hotwire cutting is discussed.The main body of this paper is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the research,research methods,research platform,research scope and framework.The second chapter is the relevant characteristics and case study of hotwire cutting EPS with robotic arm.Firstly,the characteristics of the hotwire cutting of the robotic arm and the common forms of the ruled surface are introduced.The third chapter is the core chapter of this paper,which studies the shape and deformation of the columnar plane,conical plane and hyperbolic paraboloid,which are common in the ruled surface.In this paper,the valuable generation methods are summarized and their design tools are summarized.The fourth chapter is the design application part of the research,select a studio bookshelf as the design object for specific design.On the basis of meeting the shelf storage,partition and display function,display the research results of modeling as far as possible.The fifth chapter is a summary of the research work,and some possible improvements and improvement direction in advance.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.Studied the shapes and deformation modes of three common straight surface forms,namely cylindrical surface,conical surface and hyperbolic paraboloid,summarized various straight surface shapes and summarized them into the design tool program;2.Taking the bookshelf as an example,the scheme design demonstrates the possibility of the design and application of the mechanical arm+EPS platform.The whole thesis contains about 26604 words,293 pictures and charts.
