Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in transportation,power generation,robotics,aerospace and other fields because of its high power density and high efficiency.Because of its wide range of applications,it is necessary to achieve better dynamic performance and lower loss in some occasions with higher requirements for motor performance.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the traditional control strategy.Vector control with id=0 is the most common control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motor.However,the traditional PI controller is difficult to meet the requirements of high performance.So it is necessary to use other control strategies to improve it.Both decoupling control and model predictive control belong to advanced control technology and have good comprehensive control performance.So,this paper will mainly study the decoupling control and model predictive control in permanent magnet synchronous motor system.Firstly,the significance and research status of decoupling control strategy and model predictive control are described.Then,the structure,principle,coordinate transformation and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor are established and analyzed.The vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established,and the simulation of vector control system is built.The problems of traditional vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.Then decoupling control strategy is applied in the current loop and model predictive control strategy is applied in the speed loop.The simulation results show that the decoupling control can control the fluctuation of id in the dynamic process and reduce the loss in the dynamic process.the speed model prediction can reduce the overshoot of the speed and the steady-state oscillation of the speed.Finally,an experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor control based on ADI hardware-in-the-loop simulation core controller is built and the experimental verification of relevant control strategies is completed.
