The monitoring video of railway locomotive records the detailed information of the operation of the locomotive driver,which is an important basis for the staff members of the locomotive depot to evaluate the illegal operation behavior of the locomotive driver.The locomotive monitoring video has the characteristics of large amount of data,complex structure and ununified format.The traditional monitoring video management mode can not meet the requirements of convenient,centralized and unified management of locomotive monitoring video.Aiming at the problems existing in the management of railway locomotive monitoring video,this paper designs and implements a locomotive monitoring video management system based on cloud platform.The main tasks include:1.Based on the analysis of system functional requirements,the use case diagram and activity diagram design were completed,and the system feasibility analysis was performed.The overall design of the system is carried out from four aspects,including system architecture,system topology,system functions and system database.2.Based on the B/S model,the SSH framework is used to implement the PC client.It provides locomotive segment managers with the ability to view locomotive surveillance video,record and audit violations of locomotive drivers,intercept video clips of locomotive driver violations,and archive and manage locomotive driver information.In order to facilitate managers and drivers to view related information,a mobile client based on Android is implemented.3.The key technologies such as uploading,processing,storing,retrieving and downloading of mass locomotive monitoring video data are studied,and the implementation technology of core functional modules of distributed transcoding,video encryption,cloud storage and streaming media service is deeply discussed.Aiming at the diversity of the format of railway locomotive monitoring video and the large amount of data,a distributed parallel transcoding solution based on the “MapReduce” computation model was designed,which effectively improved the video transcoding efficiency and verified it through experiments.In order to improve the security of monitoring video data storage,based on the key frame encryption strategy,the CP-ABE encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the key frame data after the transcoding.Through experimental analysis,it is proved that the selected encryption strategy can effectively reduce the amount of encrypted data.In order to provide a smooth and stable monitoring video viewing function,DSS open source technology is used to implement the RTSP streaming media server.
