Technology And Application Research Of Video Information Processing In Intelligent Community

Since the 21 st century,with innovation breakthrough of the new generation of information technology,such as the Internet plus,cloud computing,big data and the Internet of things,people's work and communication mode has taken a great changes.The concrete cities which we are familiar with,has gradually formed a virtualized,informationalized and digitized "wisdom city".The wisdom city based on the new generation of information technology creates a universal participation of innovative urban ecological environment.Intelligent community is a new concept of community management under the concept of wisdom city,as the core part of wisdom city,it fully with the help of the Internet of things and sensor network communication technology,makes a system integration which contains the security and property management,providing a safe,comfortable and convenient modern living environment for the community residents.This paper expounds the developing situation of domestic intelligent community,points out the problems and the development bottleneck at this moment in our country.Analyze the intelligent community with the overall perspective,and discuss the way of implementing primary functions and the key technology of intelligent community.About the existing problems in the subsystems which are associated with video information processing technology,there is a further discussion and some specific different solutions.For the video monitoring system,the problem of been lack of uniform standards,I design a network video management platform based on the ONVIF protocol using the Hisi chip HI3535.For high cost problem of making earlier community intelligentize,I use the Samsung chip S5PV210 to design a access control video intercom system based on mobile networks without local area network cabling.About the problem of been lack of effective communication between different subsystems in the community,I design a fully integrated networking alarm platform software using J2 EE framework.The debugging and the test results show that the performance of each subsystem can achieve the desired effect and stable operation.
