A Case Study On Supply Chain Financing Efficiency Of Domestic Construction Industry

The idea of supply chain management emerging from manufacturing industry has been popularized and applied in the construction industry.The construction supply chain is more complex than the general supply chain,and the BIM technology-based construction supply chain is the future development trend.Construction industry,as the pillar industry of China’s economic development,has a large number and a large volume of employees.The shortage of funds has become a very important factor hindering the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.In view of the low level of information technology in the domestic BIM industry,the influence of the factors of small and medium-sized construction enterprises and various aspects of the external environment,the development financing cost of the domestic construction industry is high,and the risk and difficulty are great.With innovative financing methods,diversified financing channels and continuous improvement of operational capacity,supply chain financing has become a hot new financing approach in the domestic construction industry.Therefore,the research on supply chain financing efficiency of China’s construction industry has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of China’s construction industry.On the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,this paper applies the theory of supply chain financing principle and financing efficiency evaluation method,adopts the method of theoretical analysis and case study to evaluate the financing efficiency of domestic construction industry supply chain.The research content mainly includes the following three parts: the first part is the theoretical research,that is,on the basis of literature collection and investigation,the concept of supply chain financing,characteristics of supply chain financing,supply chain financing mode and trend,as well as the theoretical elaboration of the evaluation method of supply chain financing efficiency;The second part analyzes the general situation of supply chain financing indomestic construction industry and describes the development trend and current financing operation mode of domestic construction industry.The third part of the case analysis,that is,on the premise of theoretical basis and industry analysis,GuangLianda supply chain financing efficiency case study;The fourth part is the research inspiration,that is,through the case study of GuangLianda supply chain financing efficiency evaluation,the development inspiration of domestic construction industry is obtained.This paper draws the following conclusions through research: first,supply chain financing expands financing channels,revitalizes funds on the chain,and solves the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in the domestic construction industry;Secondly,the supply chain financing mode improves the financing efficiency,reduces the financing cost,and enhances the overall anti-risk ability of the construction industry chain,realizing the overall value creation of the domestic construction industry.Finally,supply chain financing is in line with the trend of integration development of construction industry and new economy,which is of reference significance to the development of domestic construction enterprises.
