With the deepening of economic globalization,the division of social labor of enterprises is increasingly refined,and the competition among the same industry is increasingly fierce.In order to adapt to the developing external environment,enterprises need to constantly strengthen the adjustment and improvement of business means.Continuous development and optimization of supply chain management has become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Among them,supply chain financing has become an important means to optimize enterprise supply chain management and solve enterprise financing difficulties.Among many industries in the economy,the industrial cluster characteristics of manufacturing enterprises make them one of the earliest and fastest developing industries in supply chain management.Most manufacturing enterprises are capital-intensive and have a strong demand for capital.Compared with other industries,the changes and help brought by supply chain finance to manufacturing enterprises are more significantThis paper makes a large general equipment manufacturing enterprises_Yingchi company as an example,tries to find out the suitable financing scheme for the development of manufacturing industry and optimize the supply chain to solve the financing difficulty of manufacturing enterprises.In reference to a large number of relevant literatures of supply chain financing and enterprise case,on the basis of the meaning of the theory of supply chainfinancing,creativity and development,the research of supply chain financing theory at home and abroad has carried on the literature review,points out the shortages of the existing theory of supply chain management and the future development trend.Then describes existing problems in financing,the basic situation and financing situation of Yingchi company were introduced.The problems in the supply chain of Yingchi company as the core enterprise were found out and the causes of the problems were analyzed,combined with the existing supply chain financing implementation cases in reality.Finally the optimization scheme of developing supply chain financing is put forward,and corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward for the supply chain financing of enterprises.In this paper,by combining the existing literature research,applied research interview method and case method,using the information advantage in supply chain to provides a platform for Yingchi company and its upstream and downstream enterprises to solve financing problems,solving of solving the supply chain enterprise financing difficulties effectively and improve the efficiency of the supply chain financing services.This paper gives a guidance and significant reference to improve enterprise management level and core competitiveness.
