At present,Taizhou city 10(20)kilovolt distribution network neutral point are used by the arc suppression coil grounding,the operation is better.In recent years,with the development of Taizhou city,distribution network construction methods and structure is also undergoing great changes,a large number of old lines into the ground,the implementation of the allocation project makes the distribution network cable line ratio increased year by year,with The single-phase grounding capacitance current of the grid is rapidly increasing,and the original grounding method may no longer meet the development needs of distribution network.In this paper,according to the actual situation,through the investigation of Taizhou city distribution network operation,according to Taizhou city distribution network neutral point by arc suppression coil grounding way,Taizhou city 10 kV distribution grid grounding way and so on This paper discusses how to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the three grounding methods and the selection of the neutral point grounding in the substation,and analyzes and optimizes the existing grounding method in Taizhou city.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)This paper briefly introduces the research status of neutral grounding in the distribution network,and analyzes the running characteristics of the three different distribution networks in the neutral point grounding mode,and analyzes the different neutral grounding modes The advantages and disadvantages and the operating characteristics are compared and summarized.Then,the application scope of different neutral grounding modes is introduced,and the factors influencing the selection of neutral grounding are described in detail.(2)In this paper,the fault characteristics of three different distribution networks are analyzed in detail,including single-phase ground fault characteristics,two-phase ground fault characteristics and two-phase and three-phase short-circuit fault characteristics.The characteristics of the neutral point grounding mode in different types of faults provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of distribution grid grounding.(3)In this paper,the feasibility of the existing grounding method and the compensation equipment is verified by theoretical calculation,and the selection criteria of the grounding equipment are put forward on the basis of the theoretical calculation.Through the investigation of the status quo of the low-voltage distributionnetwork in Taizhou city and the status of grounding,the paper first introduces the relevant provisions of the neutral grounding mode of Jiangsu medium voltage distribution network,and then analyzes the selection of the neutral point grounding mode of the substation,And combined with the distribution grid unit system planning statistical calculation of the substation in the long-term capacitor current value,the substation neutral point grounding optimization program.
