Objective The multi-channel ultrasonic imaging system based on network interaction is constructed to solve the problem of ultrasound diagnosis physician lack and management services lag.The system can give full play to the advantage of the ultrasound diagnosis expert physician,improve diagnostic efficiency and quality,expand resource sharing and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods 1.Construct "A" + "X" ultrasonic working platform.“A”: the monitoring platform provided by the multi-channel ultrasonic imaging system based on the network interaction for the ultrasonic experts;“X”: ultrasonic imaging instrument with a network(Internet or local area network)associated with ultrasonic inspection room.Through the "A" + "X" ultrasonic working platform,the ultrasonic image of "X" is displayed synchronously in "A" and monitored by an ultrasonic expert;“A “ and " X " interact through voice.2.Trial ultrasonic grading diagnosis and ultrasound physician and sonographer separate work mode.“X”: qualified nurse,technician or lower diagnostic physician made a primary judgment of ultrasonic images,and noticed the results to "A" at any time."A" : simultaneous displayed of "X1-4" ultrasonic images,the ultrasonic expert monitored the quality of the ultrasonic image in real time(with integrity and readability)and made a deep interpretation of it.So as to make final diagnosis or quality control for the results of ultrasound examination.3.Make a summary of 2543 patients who examined at Jiangyin MJ Health Management Center for two years,analysis of the recognition rate of the multi-channel ultrasonic imaging system based on network interaction for different population and different organ diseases.Results Monitoring by multi-channel ultrasonic imaging system based on network interaction,the detection rate,accuracy,and sensitivity of the lesions(55.2%,98.0%,and 97.1%,respectivly)were higher than those of conventional ultrasound imaging(52.3%,95.3% and 92.1%,respectively).The false negative rate was lower than that of conventional ultrasonography(p<0.05),and the specificity and false positive rate were not significantly different from those in 2015(p>0.05).Conclusion Multi-channel ultrasonic imaging system based on network interaction can unify the diagnostic criteria and improve the quality and efficiency of ultrasound diagnosis.This trial is a beneficial attempt to change the current model of ultrasonic diagnosis.
