The reactor instrument and control system is composed of various measuring instruments and control systems.It monitors and integrates all kinds of basic measuring parameters information of nuclear power plant,and realizes safe and reliable operation of the reactor under fault and abnormal conditions.It is the "central nervous system" of the reactor.From signal generation to final display and control,the instrument and control system has undergone various hardware transmission processing and software function design.The relationship between software signal and hardware runs through all stages of the implementation of the instrument and control project.Engineering management in each stage is based on relevant documents and data,which are related to each other because of the technical characteristics of the instrument and control system itself.In the traditional way,various kinds of documents are mostly analyzed and sorted out.In practical application,there are many kinds of files and large amount of data,which will cause inconvenience and inefficiency.Starting from the characteristics of data correlation in the life cycle of reactor instrument control system,this paper analyses the necessity of establishing database for project management in the engineering management of instrument control system,and designs and develops the database system of instrument control engineering management according to the software development process.Referring to the experience of other reactor-related database system research,the research work of this paper is based on the project of TMSR-SF0(Thorium-based Molten Salt Reactor Nuclear Energy System-Scaled Reactor).The following aspects are mainly studied: 1)The structure of the instrument and control system is analyzed.From the point of view of project management,the requirements of the project management of the reactor instrument and control system are discussed from five aspects in combination with the characteristics of the close relationship between software and hardware information of the instrument and control system,and the corresponding functional management module is designed;2)Some engineering data are collected and acquired in different ways,and some engineering data are set up.The conceptual model and logical structure of the database are designed and established,and the database is designed by MySQL.3)The data management system is designed and developed under Apache+PHP+MySql development environment using B/S architecture mode.Through deployment and testing,the system realizes the functions of user management,basic data management,software and hardware information query,fault management and file management in engineering management.It is verified that the system solves the problem of consulting a large number of documents when dealing with complex key data,improves the work efficiency of project managers,reduces errors and guarantees the project quality.
