For the requirements of air-core reactor's rapid detection,this article has designed air core reactor inner surface of the rapid detecting instrument's drive system and control system.First used to detect double-prism, and expand the testing area; by an increase in detection of the first four, improve the speed of detection.As the reactor in the manufacture, installation, transport and us, it's possible inner surface of dirty, Burr, the bad, and other defects. These defects could lead to reactor inner surface of the branches of the discharge, and threaten the safe operation of electrical equipment, so need to test the inner surface of the reactor.The drive system is the role of power transmission and movement, through change the speed or movement to meet the specific requirements of the machine function. Through hollow the structure of the reactor and understand the damage reasons, designed air core reactor inner surface of the rapid detecting instrument's drive system and control system. The design of drive system included drawing the components map, select the appropriate stepping motor and the way of driving which chose rack and pinion drive-line strengths and the way active-up which chose the active-up method.Motion control system is mainly composed of stepper motor, control circuitry, digital control and control of key components. The system is the completion of the basic functions of the control box to do the first detection of the uniform up and down movement, and can speed up, slow down and stop; can detect the first case of velocity and movement away from pre-set; can be detected for the first box of Velocity and movement from the display. The control system is designed after understood the working principle of the control system and control procedures for the preparation.
