The physiological parameter of human body is an important criterion of measuring their healthy condition,and real-time monitoring of it plays an essential part in the disease diagnosis and treatment.Traditional monitoring apparatus are huge,difficult to operate,and require solid profession knowledge,so it would be bad for the monitoring.There are also some shortages in ward checking.For example,since it needs nurses to pay a regular check and measure multiple projects of the patients,human resource is consumed.Meanwhile if this measurement cannot be taken on time because of the patient's departure,it might do harm to the patient's treatment.In order to solve the malpractice of traditional medical monitoring system,this thesis designed a wireless medical monitoring system based on ZigBee Technology.The ZigBee routing protocol improved algorithm to achieve the purpose of that improve the overall performance of the ZigBee network.The main works are as follows:(1)The communication mode and characteristics of wireless sensor network are described,and the characteristics of ZigBee routing protocol and network topology,equipment energy consumption and ZigBee protocol stack are emphatically analyzed.(2)According to the demand analysis of the actual project,the design scheme of the medical monitoring system based on ZigBee network was determined,and the detailed layout design was carried out.Monitoring the patient's temperature,pulse and blood oxygen of wireless sensor network system is designed,by the terminal sensor nodes to be monitoring objects of physiological data acquisition,after processing by ZigBee module to send out,and the last the coordinator node sends the data to the PC.The router node is responsible for the communication between the terminal node and the network coordinator node.The network coordinator node is responsible for the establishment of the wireless sensor network,the collection of data collected by the terminal node and the communication of the upper computer.(3)There are some defects in the energy consumption of ZigBee routing protocol.The ZigBee put forward based on energy management and ant colony optimization routing protocol algorithm,the optimal path and load balance between energy balance,avoiding the production of battery energy over-consumption and premature failure phenomenon of nodes.(4)With the NS2 simulation platform,ZigBee network and routing algorithm are used for simulation experiment.Through particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and genetic algorithm method of comparative research,the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm produces less number of the failure nodes,can effectively reduce the node energy consumption and prolong the network life cycle.
