Since the reform and opening up,China's economic construction has made great progress,at the same time,the development of electric power enterprises and industry standards have been updated.The latest 2001 version of the standardization process,a detailed description of the standardization process in the whole of the current situation and the development of electric power construction construction standards.But it is because of the progress of society continuously,on the material requirements and the formation of the results,need more conform to the practice of developmental standard,so the author thinks that is a comprehensive standardization process though,but there are still to be desired,combined with the current management concept,based on the objectivity of the product life cycle theory,and demand the cost of internal control theory,this paper has carried out for the whole substation of 500 kv and below the standardization process to conduct a comprehensive analysis,trying to to find relatively needs to be improved.This article mainly from the electrical eight and eight civil conduct research,in the process of actual standard technologize operating,combining with the standard requirements to carry out the relative analysis and development.Eventually be able to better highlight the necessity of improvement ideas and development results.In the process of research,this paper adopted the methods such as literature review method,qualitative analysis method,the purpose is to the existing literature material and the theoretical results of the application of combining previous research,expand and play better.Indeed,whether in any period,the theoretical results for itself,is a stage.Precisely because such a stage,this article can only be more highlights the objectivity of the whole process of analysis and research.Combination of the two methods,this paper first analyzes the the deficiency existing in the current standardization process objective(mainly in the electrical eight and civil eight),from standardization technology guidance to the construction of standard improvement,are highlighted in the current development and the continuity between the objective progress.Continuity,so,we need to more clearly know the development of the future,and in terms of the cognitive situation,and constantly in combination with the development of The Times and technology of the difference between the basic standards to highlight the whole development and technical construction in the future.Then,based on the scheme of design,combined with the general flow of scheme design,from design principles to the design purpose,constantly to carry out the analysis,there are multiple solutions finally presented a plan,so that it can better ensure the necessity of the standardization process templates to build.Also can improve the future template build practicality.Finally,through the design and optimization,the author thinks that the most effective and optimized solutions,and conclusion.Overall,this article is based on the current power save resources,reduce the cost in the process of construction on the basis of the evaluation research of the standardization process,aimed at can better and faster use of social resources,and create more value.The innovation point is that research in this paper can face to face with the standardization process itself needs improvement scheme in-depth analysis,thus to combine the development and the performance of the insufficient to further implement the effective role in the process of development.Is also based on this,in the study of the current construction and development of philosophy in the process of building,people can show the information development and the basic ability between building need more research significance,thus to ensure the objectivity of the future market development objectively.All in all,this paper is combined with the standardization of the current process to improve again,a research is in line with efficiency and standardization of management executive degree of maneuverability,on the basis of conducting the process may encounter in the process of implementation of manpower and material resources saving as much as possible,of course,all this is based on the basis of below 500 kv substation don't reduce the principle of construction safety and standards.
