The paper will rely on the energy-saving technological transformation of Huaneng Suzhou Thermal Power Plant.It mainly introduces the strategy and ways of reducing the power consumption of the power plant and optimizing the condenser performance of the thermal power plant.Starting from the high-power motor of the power plant,the frequency conversion transformation or "electrical conversion to steam" will be carried out;from the standpoint of improving the performance of the condenser,the cold source loss and water consumption of the power plant will be reduced,and energy conservation and emission reduction will be achieved.This article through the four practical cases of the transformation of condenser stainless steel threaded pipe,steam turbine vacuum leak detection,circulating water pump frequency conversion transformation,and induced draft fan steam movement transformation,analysis of the transformation of the available conditions and advantages,as well as the transformation process may arise problems,put forward control strategies and means,and finally Analysis and verification of the effect of energy-saving transformation.In addition,introduce a vacuum leak detection method by parameter analysis combined with on-site leak detection.Through the four case studies,we will provide energy-saving and emission-reduction ideas and valuable experience for other urban thermal power plants in the future.The main contents are as follows:1)The modification scheme was proposed through what the theoretical calculation and analyses were carried out for the problems of poor heat transfer effect and severe wear in the early stage of the condenser by establishing the heat transfer model of the condenser.The results showed that the cleaning coefficient of the condenser reached 0.92 and the vacuum was 4.655 k Pa.The coal consumption rate of the power plant generation standard decreased by about 5.6g/k Wh,and the annual saving cost was about 2.032 million yuan,which could reduce the emission of carbon dioxide by 5915.2 tons.2)Dalton's law and freugel's formula are used to calculate and analyze the measured data of the power plant at the time of leakage,the steam exhaust of the steam turbine increased by 0.6903 times and the increase of heat load of condenser leads to the decrease of vacuum of condenser.Through the leak check on site and determine the leak point.After repairing the crack,the steam temperature of No.6 steam outlet returned to normal temperature.The condensers of the unit reach the operation standard by vacuum.3)The cooling water flow could be calculated that through the condenser pressure 0.00434 MPa and the cooling water inlet temperature of 5 ? to 23 ?.The cooling water flow decreases with the decrease of heat load of condenser and the energy consumption of circulating pump also decrease.It is proved in theory that it is feasible to transform the circulating pump into frequency conversion.According to the actual operation data of power plant,compare the power consumption rate of the pump plant before and after the renovation.After the transformation,the power consumption rate of the pump plant has decreased,and the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction has been achieved.From the point of view of load rate,when the power plant unit is running at the load rate of 50%~80%,the operation of variable frequency is more economical than that of work frequency.4)In order to solve the increase of flow resistance of flue gas after desulfurization of ultra-clean emission expanded the blower power,but power utilization increased to 9.86 percent.If changing to the steam turbine driven fan could reduce the power consumption rate of the plant by 2.37%,which can reach the standard of no more than 8% in the annual power consumption assessment index of the power plant.After the retrofit of the steam induced draft fan,the design parameters were theoretically calculated to save the power consumption of the plant by 2.791×1010 k Wh and 1.023×106 yuan.At the same time,according to the actual measurement data of the production site and achieve the expected effect.
