With the development of China’s national economy, the concept of scientific development, sustainable development, the construction of intensive society got the attention of the CPC central committee and the state council and strongly advocated, and give priority to conservation, the efficiency for this as the top task of China’s energy policy. Network rapid development, the ability of the peakload demand is higher and higher, adjust the auxiliary machine to adapt to the electric power safety and economic operation, directly affects the safety of power plant and power generation costs, many of the technical innovation of domestic power plant adopts frequency conversion technology, and achieved good effect.All kinds of auxiliary equipment in power plant, the fan, water pump accounts for the vast majority of such equipment, boiler four fan (fan, induced draft fan, a fan, flue fan) of the total electricity consumption accounted for about2%of the unit capacity, fan, water pump power consumption accounted for about1%of the service-power consumption rate above, there is a huge energy saving potential. Intelligent control mode and the intelligent control method is adopted to improve the frequency control of motor speed, with the progress of science and technology, now adopts the intelligent control method is more, including the constant voltage frequency ratio control, slip frequency control, vector control and direct torque control, etc. For this article selects the high and low frequency control scheme for the high pressure high, low height, three schemes are high. Along with the quick extension of the thermal power installed capacity of thermal power unit load is increased, the unit load range is very big, must be real-time adjustable fan rotational speed and the flow of water pump, especially the flow of water pump. High and low voltage motor frequency control of motor speed control technology is more and more widely used in all walks of life, it not only extend the service life of the equipment to improve the working efficiency, the most important thing is to energy conservation. Especially in the hydraulic motor and the mechanical and electrical machine in the power plant energy saving effect is more significant. After modification, not only can prolong the service life of motor, closed equipment, its economic benefits are considerable. The flow adjustment of throttle valve adjustment, the adjustment way is only changed the channel flow resistance and the output power of the motor have not changed much, the result is wasted a lot of energy.Laiwu power plant, this paper induced draft fan in the specific system under the conventional control method has the problem of high power consumption, low efficiency, frequency conversion device adopts multi-point series technology, makes the power unit series constitute a phase, through to control the sinusoidal PWM and IGBT inverter bridge, rectangular wave. Because of its good waveform sine degree, so it can reduce the damage to the insulation of the cable and motor, motor without derating use, can be used directly on the old equipment, for the research of the inverter, the realization of system performance improvement and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
