UPS(uninterruptible power supply),a kind of power electronic devices which providing high-quality power and ensuring continuous supply.In the varieties of UPS,online UPS has the characteristics of good performance and high matching degree,so its application is most widely.The traditional online UPS control system has complex structure,large volume,low integration and expensive for its control system is mostly analog control or a combination of analog and digital.After in-depth investigation and research on European and American markets,this article aims at some high-end user groups,this paper studies an online UPS based on DSP,which is a fully functional and fully digital controlled UPS with excellent performance.Due to the DSP control chips,we can introduce advanced control algorithms into the control system of UPS to further improve the UPS performance and control accuracy.This article describes the design principle and detailed calculation of the on-line UPS with high power factor,high efficiency and low noise.First of all,this paper introduces the UPS power supply development status and future trends,and discusses the UPS digital technology.Secondly,based on the hardware design of the UPS,this paper introduces the design idea,design method and final result of the whole power supply in detail.Respectively explained the topology used,such as bridgeless PFC circuit,three-level inverter circuit,also,added a specific calculation process and the feasibility of the design was confirmed.After determining the main power parameters,we use the PSIM software to simulate the main power circuit and the waveform of the system simulation is given.Finally,on the basis of the simulation,we make the real object,debug it in cooperation with the software engineer,and verify the correctness of the simulation and calculation with the experimental waveform.The experimental results show that the performance and function of the UPS have reached the expected goal.
