Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) is an electron device which provides high quality and uninterruptable electronic Power. It has been widely used in many fields. The capability of the on-line UPS is the best among all kinds of UPS. With the appearance of high Performance DSP controller, digital control of UPS becomes a trend in its development. The dissertation focuses on the research of the digital online UPS in which TMS320F2812 is considered as the core chip.It presents the on-line UPS system structure in the second chapter, Firstly, it introduces the working principle of the on-line UPS in detail, secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of DSP chip,and the hardware connection of DSP and the related power modules in UPS system,finally, it presents the hardware overall job diagram and main circuit structure based on DSP control online UPS. IN the third chapter the active power factor correction circuit was designed based on UC3854 chip, the power factor correction greatly improves, and reduce the interference of grid, eliminate harmonic. IN the fourth chapter, it designs a kind of inverter circuits, generating single polarity SPWM wave based the rules sampling method, realizing the inverter control by double closed loop control algorithm, it introduces the inverter and DSP interface diagram based on the DSP chip. At last, the inverter circuits debugging, simulation results show that the inverter voltage waveform distortion, achieving the expected effect. IN the fifth Chapter, It designs a DC/DC main circuit, realizing DC/DC circuit in the closed-loop of DSP.The sixth chapter tells the system software realization process, including A/D module, SPWM sine wave generated module, and giving each module of the whole system software flowchart and software flow chart, achieving the expected effect based on MATLAB/Simulink software and simulation, which building solid foundation to plan the subsequent uninterrupted power supply study and design.
