With the accelerated step of the underground space in China,deep foundation pit engineering and metro engineering become popular in large or medium-sized city.The construction of underground engineering is subject to the constraints of geological conditions and surrounding environment and contains more uncertainties.Once a construction accident occurs,it will result in casualties and significant economic losses,so using the theory of risk management to guide the construction has the great significance.In this thesis,by summarizing the current mainstream risk assessment methods,the Gray Correlation Model(GCM)is introduced to improve the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Then the author uses the Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(IAHP)to make assessment for the deep foundation pit engineering of Suning Plaza in Langfang and provides the recommendations and guidance for the smooth progress of the construction.The main work and achievement are as follows:1.By Summarizing the advantages disadvantages and applicability of the current mainstream risk assessment methods,the author chooses the AHP as the main part and improves the AHP by introducing the GCM,then uses plenty of examples to show the feasibility and veracity of this approach.2.This thesis summarizes the characteristics and definitions and determines a more comprehensive definition,then explains the mechanism of geotechnical engineering risk accidents and establish the corresponding risk management mode for the characteristics of geotechnical engineering.3.By using IAHP and relational degree weighting method,the weight of risk is calculated and divided into different grades,which provides the basis for Suning Plaza foundation engineering risk assessment and construction suggestions.
