With the continuous development of city construction,rapid increase in population,and urban traffic congestion,in order to meet the demand of people's travel,the subway construction is in full swing,Because the subway is more likely located in urban areas,the uncertainty of the complexity of the surrounding buildings and underground structures increased the difficulty of the near the subway deep foundation pit engineering construction.At the same time,because of city development,the land resource is very scarce,which leads to a large number of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings in the city,and underground space has also been exploited to a greater extent.So,the deep foundation pit engineering faces many problems during its construction.As a shopping center is adjacent to the subway station,its deep foundation pit engineering environment is complex and the construction difficulty is high,so there are certain risks during the construction period.How to deal with the risks of the project and reduce the possibility of accidents is an important problem for managers to solve.Thesis on the basis of extensive reading related literature,first of all,this paper introduces the basic concept and characteristics of the foundation pit engineering and foundation pit engineering risk management related concepts,focus on the basis of risk identification,method,process,content and methods of risk assessment,risk assessment using the analytic hierarchy process the main principle and steps as well as the risk coping strategies.And then through a shopping center near a subway deep foundation pit project instance analysis,from work to identify the deep foundation pit project of risk,the risk is divided into environmental risk,survey,design risk,construction risk,risk monitoring level five risk factors,22 secondary risk factors,and detailed describes the causes of the risk factors.Using analytic hierarchy process to estimate and project risk evaluation,the analysis risk assessment data,it is concluded that a shopping center of deep foundation pit project key monitoring risk factors are: the construction of the foundation pit supporting,and excavation of foundation pit precipitation scheme's influence on the subway,warning values of monitoring,etc.Finally,the risk response measures of the project are proposed,which provides a reference basis for project risk prevention.In conclusion,the main purpose of this study is to provide an effective method for risk management of deep foundation pit project,and provide a certain scientific basis for risk managers,so as to make the project proceed smoothly.
