Chest compression is an important part of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).The International Health Organization has given guidelines on the protocol and method of CPR implementation.First-aid personnel should keep in mind the protocol of the first aid process,and at the same time meet the quantitative requirements of pressing the International CPR Guidelines 2010 to press the sternum down to at least 5 cm,so that it is difficult to implement effective CPR.Therefore,the accurate detection of chest compression depth in this study can help emergency personnel to effectively assess the depth of compression,which is of vital importance for improving the success rate of CPR and increasing the survival rate of patients.The purpose of this paper is to use the acceleration sensor to collect the acceleration signal during the press motion based on kinematics principle.Through analysis of the acceleration data waveform,the start and end points of the press are found,and then the secondary integration of the start and end point acceleration and the baseline are filtered out.Finally,the compression depth and frequency information is calculated,and this compression depth detection function is combined with an automatic external defibrillator(AED)to form a more complete cardiac emergency device.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1)Establish chest compressions and cardiopulmonary resuscitation experimental research platform.Based on the control of the MCU STM32,the acquisition of data of the miniature acceleration sensor due to pressing is realized.2)Press depth detection algorithm research.Based on the morphology analysis of the data waveform of the miniature acceleration sensor caused by pressing,the depth of each press is calculated for the secondary integration of the acceleration data.3)Combine chest compression depth detector with automatic external defibrillator to form an automatic external defibrillator with compression depth detection and feedback.
