Sudden cardiac arrest(SCA) is one of the major medical problems that threaten human life. Correspondingly, cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) is a critical first-aid skill that is used to rescue patients with SCA and helps the heart return to spontaneous circulation. However, high proportions of people in China haven’t grasped CPR skills. At present, the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is an effective way to solve the problem. The current CPR training systems are designed to show whether the compression indicators are qualified. But in this approach the quantitative process is covered and analysis of data and the assessment to the press operation is insufficient. In this paper, a training system is designed to evaluate the CPR operation comprehensively by measuring parameters including chest compression depth, position, frequency and recoil rate, etc. The system can provide a scientific evaluation and assessment reference for the training of CPR, and improve the survival rate during the treatment of SCA.In this paper, according to the operation requirements of CPR, the current problems in CPR system and the corresponding effect on CPR training are analyzed. The scheme to extract the feature index is proposed. Next the data are collected by sensors based on the dummy model. Wireless technology is used to transmit signal. More ever, the wave crest and trough are extracted from the pressing signal by using the morphological filters searching algorithm. In this way, the characteristic parameters are obtained. In the.NET platform, the development of the application program is completed in C# language. Then the design of the CPR training and examination system are completed. According to the measuring scheme, the hardware system is designed and developed to detect and process signal of displacement, depth, respiratory volume. The collected signal is processed include: amplification, filtering, and the data packaging. Finally the data is sent to the computer wirelessly. The host computer program that is based on the.NET platform will process the data such as filtering, morphological filters search processing, question database management, operation assessment, user management, historical data query and other functions. In this paper, the function of the system are verified and optimized by implementing related experiments. The results show that the system is helpful for students’ training and is able to assess the operation quality of CPR.CPR training assessment system proposed in this paper is used as an important tool, which can effectively improve the survival rate and the success rate of patients with SCA. |
