With the rapid development of the social economy, the number of motor vehicles in China has increased year by year, the urban road network has become diversified, different traffic modes coexist, and the traffic system is becoming more and more complex. The driver’s memory law of road scene is closely related to path planning, visual distribution, speed selection and other driving behaviors, and then affects the traffic efficiency and traffic safety. The study of memory rules can provide a new theoretical perspective for the study of driver’s memory and cognition, and provide theoretical support for the study of the relationship between driving behavior and road familiarity. In this paper, through simulated driving experiments, the cumulative effect of repetitive driving on driver’s memory growth under the same scene was studied, and a model of driver memory growth under the cumulative stimulation was established. The main contents are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the predecessors, the classification of memory and the driver’s processing rules of traffic information were summarized, and the similar characteristics of the driver’s memory law and the learning curve were discussed. In order to provide a theoretical basis for driver’s scene memory scale and experimental scene,a questionnaire was widely used to investigate the drivers’ attention factors, neglected factors and the unease generating situations.Secondly, according to the needs of experiment,A driving simulator was used to collect data.Twenty licensed drivers were recruited to perform the experiments. The driver’s memory scale for traffic scenes was designed to measure a driver’s memory, and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.According to the memory values of the 12 subjects collected after 10 days of formal experiments, the driver’s memory growth curve was plotted and the characteristics of the driver’s memory growth curve were analyzedThirdly, the model of driver’s memory of traffic scene under cumulative effect was constructed. With driving times as independent variables, drivers’ memory values of the traffic scene are dependent variables, the driver’s memory growth model based on Mitscherlich, modified Weibull and Richards equation were established respectively. The definition and distribution test were carried out, also considering the influence of gender differences on driver’s memory. Finally, considering the fixed and random effects in the process of memory growth, the nonlinear mixed effect memory model of group drivers can be established, which can not only depict the growth of group drivers’ memory, but also examine the differences of individual memory growth characteristics. The model of different random effect parameters and the variance covariance distribution combination model was compared, and the nonlinear mixed effect model of 2 random effects and the distribution of error power function was finally determined, and the characteristics and distribution of the memory growth of the group drivers were described by the model.
