The mode of urban development in China is undergoing a great transformation from "rapid expansion" to "stock optimization" with emphasis on connotation.Under this new normal,the new elements and new trends in the urban space,especially the urban built space,are closely concerned,and the potential and optimization of the rational mining have become the important and inevitable development path for the city to move towards higher quality and achieve better functions.Urban rail transit has become a common phenomenon in large cities at home and abroad.A large number of people with rail transit,as well as city functions such as commercial,residential and public activities,have formed a complex,diverse city space around the rail transit site-the site of the site.Understanding the true state of this area is the premise for architects and planners to optimize the quality of urban space and improve the quality of life of residents.The study of traditional planning and architectural scale is not sufficient to show the complex space state and behavior phenomenon in the region.Therefore,a coupling analysis method,which takes the two elements of "built environment" and "activity behavior" as the index,is proposed,that is,in the urban design category by presenting the differences in the physical and use state of the urban space.The influence area of the site is observed and analyzed in depth and systematicness,and based on this,the optimal design is carried out.The paper chooses the center of the rail transit station as the center,and the 10 min service area as an ideal area of the station domain as the research object,and defines it as the site area.This paper mainly takes the external space of the site as the research object.Through the coupling analysis method,the factors of the influence of the urban space are summarized into public space,functional facilities,traffic network and environmental facilities,and the activities of pedestrians in the station are classified into public activities,commercial activities,traffic activities and recreational activities.Through the investigation of the historical urban area,we collate and analyze the urban construction environment elements and the pedestrian activity elements of the historical style rail transit station area,and compare the results through the coupling analysis method,and compare the results through the Arcgis and SPSS software,and carry out the station scope.The difference between the physical property and the use state of the urban space is studied,and the urban problems existing between the integration of the rail transit and the original urban space are explored,and the optimization design is carried out.
