Research On Integration Of Commercial Space In Metro Station Based On Functional Coupling

In recent years,the construction of urban rail transit and space development around rail transit stations have become measures taken by many countries in the world.However,the problem of incoordination between the development of rail transit and the development around the station area and urban development has become increasingly prominent.In this case,starting from the development theory and development status of the metro station space,it is of great significance to the integrated design of urban metro space.This paper introduces the concept of functional coupling,studies the rational development of commercial space resources in the metro station area,combines transportation functions with commercial functions,and explores the mutual coupling between metro transportation space and commercial space.The research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the understanding of the relevant concepts of urban space development and the rules and regulations of the space design of subway stations by reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,a comprehensive analysis,research coupling,and functional coupling from the perspective of coupling theory and research on underground commercial space in the station area The development of the concept at home and abroad has deeply explored the application of the layout,spatial combination and functional coupling theory of metro station space in metro station space.(2)On the basis of theoretical research,it analyzes the spatial layout pattern,spatial organization form,spatial combination type of the subway station area,and the application of the functional coupling theory in the underground space of the subway station area,and selects the planning of the functional coupling in the underground space of the subway station area.Study and analyze the application of four aspects of development,development phenomena,development levels,and development mechanisms.For the underground commercial space in the metro station area,the analysis is carried out from the form of commercial space and the coupling between the metro station and the commercial space.(3)Comprehensively consider various research methods,select different types of commercial spaces in subway stations in Beijing,Shanghai,and Tianjin to conduct field research and obtain authentic and reliable survey data.According to the location of the subway station surveyed,the subway station business is divided into city center type,business center type,and transportation hub type.Combined with the content of the previous article,the station,business,and the coupling of the two are analyzed to propose the subway The development mode of the commercial space in the station area and the investigation and analysis of different development modes.(4)With the development of Qingdao Metro as the background,select the Qingdao metro station corresponding to the type of metro station area survey mentioned above,conduct survey and analysis on the coupling situation of commercial space,and comprehensively process the obtained survey data to calculate the coupling degree of the selected station.In view of the existing problems in the public space of the Qingdao metro station area,suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of the station space are proposed.
