With the rapid development of the world economy,the demand for fossil energy is also increasing,which leads to the decline of the reserves of non-renewable energy of petroleum,coal and natural gas,and the development and application of renewable energy has attracted the attention of many countries in the world.Wind power generation is a kind of green and renewable energy.After decades of research and application,wind power has been widely promoted in the world.In this paper,the direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine is taken as the research object,and its pitch control and related logic devices are deeply analyzed and studied.The contributions of this thesis are as follows.The basic principle and characteristics of pitch control of wind turbine are introduced in detail.The basic principle of pitch control system is emphatically expounded,and the two drive pitch schemes are compared and analyzed in detail.A fuzzy adaptive PID controller for pitch control of wind turbine is designed.when the wind suddenly changes,because of the wind turbine with large inertia and strong nonlinear characteristics,if the traditional algorithm PID is difficult to achieve good control effect,in order to solve these problems design a fuzzy adaptive PID controller,the direct drive permanent magnet motor group as the research object,on the pitch control system and fuzzy PID adaptive tuning of wind turbine under the PID control of the model,using the Matlab/Simulink simulation software of the two models,the simulation analysis of the pitch angle,from the results of the analysis can be seen in the fuzzy adaptive PID control system,has fast response speed,good stability,and the overshoot and oscillation are smaller,robustness too strong.The safety system in the direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine is studied in detail,and the optimization design is made for the inadequacies of the safety system,a diode and a delay relay are added in the emergency oar loop,Improve the stability of the system operation.After installing in the variable pitch cabinet of the direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine,the wind farm operation results show that the control effect is better.
