The gyroscope is an important measuring device in the inertial navigation system,which is used to measure the angular motion of the sensitive moving object relative to the inertial space.Dynamic tuned gyroscope that widely equipped in the military field has the characteristics of simple structure,high precision and low power consumption.Face with a large number of equipment,long-term on-site monitoring and frequent online diagnosis is not realistic,therefore,a remote control and monitor system is a new demand to dynamic tuning gyroscope.In this paper,a design scheme of remote control and monitoring system for dynamic tuned gyroscope based on CompactRIO is proposed and lay the foundation for fault diagnosis and online identification of gyroscope.In this paper,at the first,the head structure model and working mode of the dynamic tuning gyroscope are analyzed to provide the theoretical basis for the design of the rebalanced loop.On this basis,design a digital rebalance circuit that use the CompactRIO as the core controller.The circuit is mainly composed of peripheral circuits,C series boards and CompactRIO.After the completion of the loop,the software part of the system was designed,programming the system of remote control and gyro test related procedures.After the design is completed,this paper has carried on a series of related tests to the system.Through the experimental results,the system is considered to achieve the design purpose,and the feasibility of the design is shown.At the end of this paper,the shortcomings of the system are summarized,and put forward the opinion of online identification and fault diagnosis.
