The urban drainage system is a public utility system used to treat rainwater and sewage in the city,which is a very important part of urban public facilities.But with the continuous development of city and the increase of pressure in old drainage system caused by global climate change,urban waterlogging is caused by the heavy rain,which affected people's daily life in order seriously.The reconstruction of old drainage system can effectively relieve the urban waterlogging and alleviate the contradiction between irrigation and drainage.Hunbei irrigation district was established in 1914,located in the northwest of Shenyang,of east longitude 123 DHS 11 '~ 123 DHS 23',north latitude 41 DHS 47 '59 ~ 41 DHS,east from Yu Dongling tianzhu mountain at the foot of wang hometown LingQian fort village,west to Cheguyingzi reservoir in Xinmin city,north to Lujiawopu in JieFang village,south to Shaling town.The transformation is based on the original foundation of the channel,respectively,including the north canal(Dayu bridge to North main brake),Liuling main canal(Liuling main sluice to the Qiujia sluice),south main canal(south main sluice to the Hongqi sluice),North partial main canal(north partial main sluice to Puhebinhelu bridge),south main canal(south main sluice to the Hongqi sluice),Xiaohun river,Bajiazi draining channels and Dingxiang lake.The total length of channel is 34519 m,the length of this treatment is 20468 m and the length of ungovernable channel is 14051 m.This project calculate the water surface line through the drainage flow of each canal,then the high dike is used in the north canal(Dayu bridge to North main brake).The soil quality channel of the Liuling main channel is transformed the structure of cantilever retaining wall.The channel dredging was carried out on the north branch canal(north partial main sluice to thePuhebinhelu bridge),and then the embankment and embankment were raised,and the current canal bottom was widened.The original concrete slope is rebuilt on the basis of original standard and ecological protection slope was adopted above the water level on the South main canal(south main sluice to the Hongqi sluice).The construction of surface soil and the base of canal and the u-shaped groove were adopted in various sections of the Xiaohun river.The Bajiazi drainage channel is rebuilt,and the dark channel in Dingxiang Lake is redisgned.The main purpose of this design is waterlogging drainage.The original North canal system drainage project is reformed.The function of irrigation and drainage and drainage flood control system are strengthened.The aim that a small amount of rain cannot be drained outside,heavy rain water can be supplied,and much more heavy rain water cannot bewaterlogged can be achieved.We will foster a safe urban investment environment and ensure the regional economic development,it also provides basic facilities for the international business environment,"three cities joint creation" and the construction of new socialist countryside in China in the new era.
