As a major strategic infrastructure project in China,the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is of great significance for optimizing the water resources allocation in the north and south regions of China.While the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is exerting enormous social benefits,the greening maintenance and dam protection of the project itself are also issues of constant concern to all aspects of society.The slope ratio of the water conveyance channel in the middle line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is 1:2 and 1:2.5,the slope is 40-50°,and the slope length is about 9m.The slopes on both sides of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project are planted with vegetation and grass,which can beautify the environment and protect water quality.Through the field investigation of the actual situation of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,a mechanical equipment suitable for the large-span canal mowing of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project was designed in this article.The main research work of the thesis includes the following contents:According to the characteristics of the channel slope of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the overall scheme of the lawn mower was determined.The three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks was used to establish the frame structure,head structure,transmission system and grass box structure of the mower,and each zero was determined.The weight of each component is calculated from the materials used in the components.The finite element analysis software Workbench was used to simulate the model of the slope mower,and the stress and strain cloud diagrams of the canal mower frame and the transmission wire rope were obtained.The maximum stress appeared at the joint of the wire rope traction frame was 59.62 MPa,the largest.The displacement deformation occurs at 3.21 mm in the middle of the rack,which can meet the design requirements.The modal analysis of the frame of the canal mower was carried out,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the first six steps of the frame were calculated.The larger amplitude part was obtained,and the maximum amplitude was 3.15 mm.The three-dimensional model of the canal lawn mower was introduced into the ADAMS,and the dynamics simulation was carried out.The displacement and acceleration changes occurred during the movement of the nose and the force of the rotating shaft connected to the front and rear frames were analyzed.This paper completes the theoretical scheme of the canal lawn mower and provides a theoretical basis and reference for the manufacture of the channel slope mower test prototype.
